Berries and banana’s are amazing additions to your acai bowl. Frozen mixed berries can be purchased from any supermarket, making this bowl really easy to make. On the base we have used buckinis for added crunch and to keep this bowl super healthy. You can use granola instead if you prefer.

 

Berry Nanna Acai Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2x 100gr Nectar Fruits Frozen Acai
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • TOPPINGS
  • 1/2 fresh banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh berries
  • 3 tablespoons buckinis
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
  • 1 slice kiwi
  • 2 mint leaves

Instructions

  1. In a powerful blender, place the acai, frozen berries, frozen banana and apple juice.
  2. Blend until very thick.
  3. In the base of a bowl place the buckinis.
  4. Pour the thick acai on top.
  5. Top the acai with sliced banana, berries, coconut flakes, kiwi and mint leaves.
