XS Espresso x Nectar Fruits "Luxury Escape" Giveaway Official Terms and Conditions

By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. General

• Promoters: The competition is hosted by XS Espresso and Nectar Fruits.

• Platform: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, entrants confirm they release Instagram of responsibility.

2. Eligibility

• Who can enter: Entry is open to residents of Australia.

• Age: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

• Exclusions: Employees of XS Espresso, Nectar Fruits, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

• Start Date: Monday, 23 February 2026.

• End Date: 5PM Tuesday, 07 April 2026.

• Cut-off: All entries must be posted before 5PM on the End Date to be counted.

4. How to Enter To be eligible for the prize, entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:

1. Comment to Enter (1 Entry): Comment on the giveaway post telling us who you would take on this holiday! (Note: Maximum 1 entry per person. Leaving multiple comments will not result in extra entries).

2. Share for Bonus Points (3 Extra Entries): Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag both @nectarfruits and @xsespresso.

3. Follow to Validate: You must be following both @nectarfruits and @xsespresso on Instagram for your points and entries to be valid.

Important Note: Your Instagram profile must be set to "Public" or you must accept follow requests from the Promoters so they can view your entry. Since Stories disappear after 24 hours, the Promoters will track entries via notification tags. It is recommended you save the Story to an Instagram Highlight or keep a screenshot as proof of entry.

5. Prize Details

• The Prize: One (1) Luxury Escapes Gift Card.

• Value: $2,500 AUD.

• Conditions: The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

• Selection: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotion period.

• Draw Date: Tuesday, 07 April 2026. (6PM)

• Announcement: The winner will be announced via an Instagram on 07 April 2026 at 6PM.

• Notification: The winner will also be contacted via Instagram Direct Message (DM) within 24 hours of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours to claim the prize, a redraw may take place.

7. Content Rights

• By entering, you agree that XS Espresso and Nectar Fruits may repost your entry photo on their social media channels for promotional purposes.
